A space for students to hold their activities. Managed by Cempaka College Representative.

Pejabat Felo & Pemajuan Pelajar

Office Space for College Fellows and Asst. Fellows. This office is responsible for students' affair throughout their stay.

A meeting space that hosts official events.

Surau Al-Qudus

Prayer space for the Mulims and also a place to organise, discuss, and hold Islamic events.

Holding Room

A Holding Room for VIPs and guests.

Lantai Seni CREATIST 

This studio is used for CREATIST trainings, workshops and meetings. Also, it has been used as the preparation room for any art-based events. This studio is managed and maintained by the JPKC. 

Café

Kolej Cempaka has TWO (2) cafeteria, namely: 

  • Cafe Pohonmas
  • Cafe Sulaiman
Located in between K9A and K10A.
Dataran Ceria Cempaka

Dataran Cempaka Ceria is the main gathering area for the residents and non-residents at Kolej Cempaka. It has witnessed countless events, programmes, and activities, here at Kolej Cempaka. It also has become the signature landmark of Kolej Cempaka, UNIMAS.

Seminar Rooms

We have FIVE (5) Seminar Rooms with a maximum of 100 pax per room meant for workshops, conferences, trainings. These facilities are managed and maintained by the Administration Office.

Healing Space
A space that anyone can sit and enjoy the view of the UNIMAS lake.
Located behind the Main Office, facing the lake.
Sports Facilities

Kolej Cempaka has SEVEN (7) sports facilities for students' recreation, programs and competitions.

  • Netball court (1) Beside K8B(Shared with Handball)
  • Takraw court (1) Beside K8A (GF)

Laman Ilmu 

It is a casual space for discussions, meetings, and group works. Kolej Cempaka has TWO (2) Laman Ilmu that fully equipped with high-speed Wifi and power-sockets. It also serves as Guest Area.

Bilik Gerakan JPKC

A space for the Colllege Representative Council to meet and to discuss matters regarding events and activities. It also serves as the main office for the JPKC.

Laundry

Student Laundry provides facilities for students to wash and dry clothes.
Located at Ground Floor of K9A and K10A.

Every apartment unit has a max capacity of nine(9) residents divided into five(5) rooms with different capacities (3 units of shared-room, 2 units of single-room). Each apartment has two(2) sets of shower room, toilet, and face-wash. The apartment also has a small common area (dining, living and sink) for a small casual gathering. Please be reminded that all residents are not allowed to heavily cook in the apartment.
